The bidder is required to have prior work experience in the construction of building projects, specifically with RCC framed structures, and in civil engineering constructions. They should have completed similar works over the last five years, with one similar work (RCC building Frame Structure (G+1)) amounting to Rs. 114.00 Lakh. The bidder should also have a total value of civil engineering constructions work performed in the last five years. The value of similar works completed includes an amount of Rs. 114.00 Lakh for one similar work. Additionally, the bidder should have invested a minimum cash up to 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the contract. The bidder should also have an Annual Financial Turnover of Rs. 312.00 Lakh in any one year out of the last five financial years, and have access to liquid assets and/or credit facilities up to 25 percent of the value of the contract. The bidder should have worked as a prime contractor on similar works, with all other qualification criteria satisfied, in the same name, over the last five years, and provide information on their bid capacity, including existing commitments and ongoing works. A completion certificate issued by a competent government or semi-government authority for at least one similar work is also required.
