The bidder should have experience in construction of similar civil engineering works. The Project Manager should have no less than five years’ experience in construction of similar civil engineering works. The bidder should have performed works of a similar nature over the last five years. Specifically, the bidder should have completed one similar work (RCC building Frame Structure (G+1)) amounting to Rs. 143.00 Lakh. The bidder is required to have experience in the construction of any building project having RCC framed structure done for State or Central Government or Semi-Government. The bidder should have similar work experience of last five years, with a detailed statement year-wise, along with a signed and sealed completion certificate or 3A certificate issued by a competent government or semi-government authority. Regarding the value and percentage of similar works completed, the bidder should invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the contract. The bidder should also have access to liquid assets and/or credit facilities up to 25 percent of the value of the contract. A bank solvency certificate amounting to 20% of the estimated value of the package is required. The bidder's Annual Financial Turnover should be Rs. 390.00 Lakh in any one year out of the last five financial years.
