The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender * Two similar completed works costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender * One similar completed work of aggregate cost not less than 80% of the estimated project cost put to tender The experience of having successfully completed works during the last 7 years is considered, specifically with Govt./Semi Govt./PSU. For internal development of sectors, experience of any two activities may be considered, and for brick drain, experience of building work can also be considered, while for pipe drain, experience of sewerage may be considered. The cumulative financial turn over and current liquid assets requirements are as follows: - For works more than 1.5 times bid value: 5% of the bid value for works upto Rs.15.00 Lacs - For works more than 1.5 times bid value: 10% of the bid value for works upto Rs.100.00 Lacs - For works more than 1.5 times bid value: 12% of the bid value for works upto Rs.500.00 Lacs - For works Rs.500.00 Lacs and above: 2.00 times bid value and 12% of the bid value.
