The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience of having successfully completed works during the last 7 years with Govt./Semi Govt./PSU only. The bidder should have completed similar works with specific cost requirements, such as: * Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, * Or two similar completed works costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender, * Or one similar completed work of aggregate cost not less than 80% of the estimated project cost put to tender. Additionally, the bidder's prior work experience is related to the cumulative turnover during the last three consecutive years, with specific requirements as follows: 1. For works more than 1.5 times the bid value, up to Rs.15.00 Lacs: 5% of the bid value. 2. For works more than 1.5 times the bid value, up to Rs.100.00 Lacs: 10% of the bid value. 3. For works more than 1.5 times the bid value, up to Rs.500.00 Lacs: 12% of the bid value. 4. For works of Rs.500.00 Lacs and above: 2.00 times the bid value, with 12% of the bid value. The experience certificate should be from the Engineer-in-Charge of the work, not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent rank officers, in Govt./Semi Govt./PSU organizations.
