The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed works during the last 7 years with Govt./Semi Govt./PSU only. The bidder should have completed three similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, or two similar works costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost, or one similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated project cost. For certain works, specific requirements are mentioned: - For works more than Rs.10.00 Lacs & Upto Rs.15.00 Lacs, a Diploma Engineer with some relaxation in work experience is required. - For works more than Rs.15.00 Lacs & Upto Rs.100.00 Lacs, a Graduate Engineer and a Diploma Engineer are required with no relaxation in work experience. - For works more than Rs.100.00 Lacs & Upto Rs.500.00 Lacs, two Graduate Engineers and two Diploma Engineers are required with no relaxation in work experience. - For works of Rs.500.00 Lacs and above, two Graduate Engineers and three Diploma Engineers are required with no relaxation in work experience. The bidder needs to provide evidence of satisfactory execution of works, which should be produced in a specified appendix. The certificate of experience from the Engineer-in-Charge of the work not below the rank of the Executive Engineer or equivalent rank officers only shall be considered acceptable in Govt./Semi Govt./PSU organizations. The required prior work experience for the bidder is minimum five years for water proofing & Anti termite works. The bidder should provide an attested copy of experience certificate with details such as total number of certificates attached, name of work, amount of work done till date, actual date of completion, or proposed date of completion if the work is in progress. The percentages of similar works completed mentioned are 40%, 60%, and 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. The amounts mentioned are Rs. 10.00 Lacs, Rs. 15.00 Lacs, Rs. 100.00 Lacs, and Rs. 500.00 Lacs.
