The bid capacity required in the given tender can be determined by the following formulas: 1. For works up to Rs.10.00 Lacs: - 5% of the bid value 2. For works between Rs.15.00 Lacs and Rs.100.00 Lacs: - 10% of the bid value 3. For works between Rs.100.00 Lacs and Rs.500.00 Lacs: - 12% of the bid value 4. For works of Rs.500.00 Lacs and above: - 12% of the bid value for works more than 2.00 times the bid value Additionally, the cumulative turnover will be considered for three consecutive years out of the last four assessment years, with a minimum requirement of above Rs. 2.00 crore. The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed works during the last 7 years with Govt./Semi Govt./PSU only. The experience requirements are as follows: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender
- Two similar completed works costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender
- One similar completed work of aggregate cost not less than 80% of the Estimated Project cost put to tender Similar completed works mean construction of New Tubewells (Pumping Plant for Tubewell) Work and Distribution Pipe Line Work. Note that specific experience requirements may vary depending on the cost of the work, such as BM/BC work above or below Rs. 1.0 crore, and road patch works.
