Any Bid Submitted Must Be On The Forms Obtained From The Glpc. Sealed Envelopes Shall Be Marked “2024 Construction Materials Supplier, Part 2” And Can Be Delivered By Regular Mail, Hand Delivered Or Overnight Courier Service To 16829 East Main Street, Cut Off, La 70345, Or Submitted Online Through Www.centralauctionhouse.com. Bids Will Be Considered Per Line Item. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required To Execute An Agreement, Affidavit, And Provide Commercial General Liability And Automobile Liability With Limits Of $1,000,000, And Worker’s Compensation With Limits Set Forth By Louisiana Law. The Commission Reserves The Right To Waive Any Informality Or To Reject Any And All Bids.
