The Successful Bidder Will Be Required To Execute An Agreement, Affidavit, And Provide Commercial General Liability And Automobile Liability With Limits Of $1,000,000, And Worker’s Compensation With Limits Set Forth By Louisiana Law. The Commission Reserves The Right To Waive Any Informality Or To Reject Any And All Bids.
