Celestino Gallares Multi-specialty Medical Center (gcgmsmc), Through The General Appropriations Act (gaa)- Maintenance And Other Operating Expenses (mooe) 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million One Hundred Thousand One Pesos Only (php2,100,001.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Cb-2024-10-0002. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. General Overview I-1 The Gov. Celestino Gallares Multi-specialty Medical Center Seeks For Qualified And Competent Bidders For The Supply, Delivery, And Installation Of Fire Extinguishers With Labels And Signages I-2 The Approved Budget For The Contract Is Inclusive Of All Government Taxes And Services Charges I-3 The Technical Specifications Indicated Herein Are Minimum Requirements, Unless Otherwise Specified. I-4 The Procurement Of Fire Extinguishers Will Be For The Fire Safety Inspection Certificate Issuance Requirement. If Any Of The Fire Extinguisher Is Undercharged Within The Warranty Period, The Same Shall Be Refilled Free Of Charge To The Owner. Iii-2 Warranty Shall Commence From The Date Of Acceptance Of The End-user. Iii-3 Warranty Period Must Be Covered By A Warranty Certificate. Iv. Delivery And Payment Terms Iv-1 Supply, Delivery, And Installation Of The Goods Shall Be Made Within 30 Days Form The Receipt Of Notice To Proceed.
