Romualdez General Hospital And Schistosomiasis Center, Using A Single-year Framework Agreement, Through The Gop 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Forty-seven Million Nine Hundred Seventy-three Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-four Pesos (php147,973,524.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Each Item. Bids Received In Excess Of The Total Cost Per Item Shall Be Automatically Rejected. 2. The Governor Benjamin T. Romualdez General Hospital And Schistosomiasis Center, Now Invites Bids For The Re-bidding Of One (1) Lot For The Supply And Delivery Of Various Laboratory Supplies, Reagents, And Consumables, With The Provision Of Laboratory Equipment, Under A Single-year Framework Agreement. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Fifteen To Thirty (15-30) Calendar Days After Issuance Of A Call-off Or Any Date Determined By The Pe. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
