Description Scope Of The Project Supply And Provision Of Fuel For Gsis Bohol Branch Vehicles And Generator Set: Diesel Gasoline The Prices Indicated Shall Be Valid Within 100 Calendar Days Or Until A Purchase Order Is Issued Whichever Comes Earlier. The Provision Of Supply And Related Services Shall Be Made Available By The Supplier To The Gsis Bohol Branch Office Upon Receipt Of The Purchase Order (po) From Gsis. The Supplier Shall Allow The Gsis Bohol Branch Office To Draw Fuel As The Need Arises Subject To The Submission/presentation By Gsis Authorized Personnel Of A Duly Accomplished Trip Ticket And Approved Fuel Withdrawal Slip. The Duration Of The Contract Shall Be From January 2024 Up To December 2024, Unless Otherwise Revoked By The Gsis Due To Non-compliance Of The Supplier With The Terms Of Reference Herein Set Forth. Terms Of Payment The Fuel Supply Provided To / Drawn By Gsis Shall Be Paid Within Fifteen (15) Working Days After Receipt Of The Monthly Billing From The Supplier. The Necessary Documents Such As The Original Charge Invoices And The Fuel (gasoline/diesel) Withdrawal Slips Should Be Attached To The Soa/billing For Review And Verification Of The Gsis. The Monthly Billing Will Be Submitted To Gsis Bohol Branch Office On Or Before The 1st Day Of The Following Month. Invoices, Soa/billing Should Be In Conformity With The Bir Requirements. The Supply And Provision Made Must Be Duly Found To Be Satisfactory In Accordance With The Agreement Between Gsis And The Supplier. All Payments Shall Be Subject To Existing Accounting And Auditing Rules And Regulations Applicable To The Gsis Penalty For Delay When The Winning Bidder Fails To Satisfactorily Deliver Goods Under The Contract Within The Specified Delivery Schedule, Inclusive Of Duly Granted Time Extensions, If Any, The Supplier Shall Be Liable For Damages For The Delay And Shall Pay Gsis Liquidated Damages, By Way Of Penalty, An Amount Equal To One-tenth (1/10) Of One Percent (1%) Of The Cost Of The Delayed Goods Scheduled For Delivery For Every Day Of Delay Until Such Goods Are Finally Delivered And Accepted By Gsis. Gsis Need Not Prove That It Has Incurred Actual Damages To Be Entitled To Liquidate Damages. Such Amount Shall Be Deducted From Any Money Due Or Which May Become Due To The Supplier, Or Collected From Any Securities Or Warranties Posted By The Supplier, Whichever Is Convenient To The Procuring Entity Concerned. In No Case Shall The Total Sum Of Liquidated Damages Exceed Ten Percent (10%) Of The Total Contract Price, In Which Event The Procuring Entity Concerned May Rescind The Contract And Impose Appropriate Sanctions Over And Above The Liquidated Damages To Be Paid.
