Description Seminars And Workshops - Staff Development Facilitator To Conduct The Staff Development/teambuilding Activity Of Gsis Iloilo, Aklan And Antique Employees • The Ideal Venue Is Outside Iloilo, A Place Wherein Participants Can Be Off From The Usual Office Scenes, A Place Surrounded By Nature And Fresh Air With Grounds Away From Pollution Is Very Favorable To Refresh, Inspire And Renew The Team Spirit Of The Participants And To Provide Meaningful Annual Group Planning And Staff Development Activities. Proposed Ideal Venue Is Negros Occidental, A Province Next To Iloilo. The Scheduled Date Will Be On May 17-18, 2024 • Responsible For The Over-all Program Design And Conduct Of Activities In Consonance To The Activity Objectives; • Must Submit The Post-evaluation Analysis For The Staff Development Activities Conducted; • The Food Should Accommodate At Least Sixty-seven (67) Participants. • Responsible For The Snacks, Supplies And Materials Needed In The Conduct Of The Activities. • Meals Should Include The Following: 2 Breakfasts, Lunch, Dinner, • Provision Of Air-conditioned Vehicles To Transport The Participants During The Conduct Of Staff Development Venue/hotel And Vice Versa If Required. • The Vehicles Must Be In Good Condition And Functioning Well. • Includes Payment Of Parking Fees, And Other Related Expenses. • Responsible For The Transportation Arrangement For The Facilitator And Support Staff, To And From The Venue;
