Description 1. The Governance Commission For Goccs (gcg) Through The General Appropriations Act Of 2023 (gaa 2023) Intends To Apply The Total Sum Of Two Million Four Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos Only (₱2,480,000.00), Being The Abc, To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Brand-new Computers (lot 2) For The Governance Commission For Goccs (gcg) (p.r. No. 23-0046). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Gcg Invites Philgeps Registered Suppliers To Bid Of The Following Items: Lot No. Qty. Uom Item/description Approved Budget For The Contract 2 31 Units Mid-range Laptop Computers ₱2,480,000.00 2. The Gcg Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. The Delivery Of Mid-range Laptop Computers Must Be Completed Within Sixty (60) Calendar Days From The Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. The Bidders Must Have Completed A Similar Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Mid-range Laptop Computers For The Past Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids. Also, The Bidders Shall Be Subjected To Evaluation By The End-user After The Implementation Of The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra No. 5183. 4. Prospective Bidders May Obtain Further Information From The Gcg Office And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below During The Hours Of 8:00am To 3:00pm, Mondays To Fridays. 5. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders On 04 December 2023 From The Given Address And Website(s) Below And Upon Payment Of The Applicable Fee For The Bidding Documents, Pursuant To The Latest Guidelines Issued By The Gppb, In The Amount Of Five Thousand Pesos ₱5,000.00. The Procuring Entity Shall Allow The Bidder To Present Its Proof Of Payment For The Fees In Person, By Facsimile, Or Through Electronic Means Provided That The Presentation Of The Same Be Done Before The Scheduled Bid Opening. 6.
