The bid capacity required in the given tender to bid having value and formulas is as follows: 1. Annual Turnover: ≥ 0.4 * Tender Amount 2. Equipment: As per the list of minimum essential equipment provided, including: - Mini Hot Mix Plant - Vibratory Tandem Road Roller - Bitumen sprayer with self-heating arrangement - Full Charged Concrete Mixer Machine - All other machineries required for smooth and efficient execution of works 3. Liquid Assets/Credit Facilities: ≥ 0.2 * Estimated Cost Additionally, the bid capacity can be calculated using the formula: Assessed Available Bid capacity = (A x N x 2 - B) Where: A = Maximum value of engineering works in respect of project executed in any one year during the last five years N = Number of Year prescribed for completion of the works for which Bids are invited B = Financial Liability of the bidder to be incurred for existing commitments and on-going works during the period of the subject contract. For the first call of NIT: - Intending tenderers should produce credentials of a similar nature of completed work of the minimum value of 40% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. - Alternatively, intending tenderers should produce credentials of 2 similar nature of completed works, each of the minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. - Another option is for intending tenderers to produce credentials of one single running work of similar nature which has been completed to the extent of 80% or more and the value of which is not less than the desired value at (i) above. For the second call of NIT: - Intending tenderers should produce credentials of a similar nature of completed work of the minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. - Alternatively, intending tenderers should produce credentials of 2 similar nature of completed works, each of the minimum value of 25% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. - Another option is for intending tenderers to produce credentials of one single running work of similar nature which has been completed to the extent of 75% or more and the value of which is not less than the desired value at (i) above. For the third call of NIT: - Intending tenderers should produce credentials of a similar nature of completed work of the minimum value of 20% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. - Alternatively, intending tenderers should produce credentials of one single running work of similar nature which has been completed to the extent of 70% or more and the value of which is not less than the desired value at (i) above. Formula: - For first call: 40% of the estimated amount or 2 * 30% of the estimated amount or 1 * 80% of the estimated amount. - For second call: 30% of the estimated amount or 2 * 25% of the estimated amount or 1 * 75% of the estimated amount. - For third call: 20% of the estimated amount or 1 * 70% of the estimated amount. - Annual turnover: 40% of the amount put to tender.
