The bidder is required to have prior work experience in the development of theme-based parks or museums with sculptures, artwork, or murals. This experience can be demonstrated in two ways: 1. The bidder must have completed one similar project costing not less than 50% of the estimated project cost. 2. Alternatively, the bidder can demonstrate two similar projects, each costing not less than 30% of the estimated project cost. For operation and maintenance experience, the bidder must have: 1. One similar project costing not less than 50% of the estimated project cost. 2. Two similar projects, each costing not less than 30% of the estimated project cost. The similar project should be completed or partially completed (80% completion substantiated with documentary proof) for a Central/State/Local Government in the last 10 years preceding the Bid Due Date. In terms of evaluation, the bidder will be awarded marks based on their experience: - 40 marks for one work order with an amount more than 50% of the estimated project cost. - 30 marks for two or more work orders with an amount more than 40% but up to 50% of the estimated project cost. - 20 marks for two or more work orders with an amount more than 30% but up to 40% of the estimated project cost. The estimated project cost is INR 11,12,92,812.00, with a minimum percentage of 25% of Project Capital Cost (i.e. INR 5,56,46,281.00) to be borne by the bidder. The exact amount and percentage for similar works completed are 50% and 30% respectively for one and two similar projects. The bidder should have experience in installing entertainment elements such as Mirror Maze, Holographic Projection, Motion Chair 5D Theatre, and provide proof of their experience in the last 10 years.
