The bidder must have experience of successfully executed works in the last four financial years in the government, semi-government, or PSU sector. For works more than Rs. 10.00 lacs, the bidder should have at least four years of experience in the organized sector. The bidder should have completed two jobs equal to the bid value or one job of total 75% of the bid value. The required experience is as follows: 1. For works more than Rs. 10.00 lacs: - At least four years in the organized sector - Two jobs equal to the bid value or one job of total 75% of the bid value Specific requirements based on work value are: 1. Work more than 10.00 lacs and upto 100.00 lacs: - 1.5 Times of bid value (B.O.Q.) - 20% of the work value 2. Work more than 100.00 lacs and upto 500.00 lacs: - 1.5 Times of bid value (B.O.Q.) - 25% of the work value 3. Work more than 500.00 lacs: - 2.0 Times of bid value (B.O.Q.) - 25% of the work value Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum tangible net worth of at least 25% of the work value. The cumulative turnover will be considered for three consecutive years out of the last four assessment years. The bidder should provide a list of existing commitments and ongoing works, including the contract value, work executed till date, and balance amount of work to be completed. The bidder should also provide the balance period required to complete the works. An Experience Certificate of Similar Works is required, with details such as total number of certificates attached, name of work, amount of work done till date, actual date of completion, or if the work is in progress, the proposed date of completion.
