Contract notice: Purchase of pontoons equipped with thermal imaging / IR equipment The contracting authority intends to conclude a public procurement contract for products for the purchase of 4 (four) pontoons equipped with thermal imaging / IR equipment. The term of delivery of the products is 12 months from the date of signing the contract by the last party and includes the performance of the activities provided in section II.2.4. Pursuant to art. 221 para. The estimated total value of the acquisition was determined including the option of supplementation. Considering the application of the review clause, when preparing the financial proposal, the bidders will take into account the maximum quantity that includes the option of supplementation, respectively 10 pontoons equipped with thermal imaging / IR equipment. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification / additional information on the 10th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, insofar as these requests have been submitted within the deadline mentioned in Section I, respectively 19 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. In order to comply with the principle of equal treatment, the interested economic operators will comply with the provisions of the ANAP notification no. 247 on the manner of transmission of requests for clarifications and additional information to the award documents / answers formulated in the case of conducting procedures for the award of public procurement contracts by electronic means (online), in the sense that the documents attached to section The "questions" will not contain their identification data, as they will become public when the answer is sent by the contracting authority.
