The bidder is required to have prior work experience in catering services, specifically in providing in-house catering to Government Office/Offices for a minimum of 3 years. The experience criteria include having an experience certificate from the State/Central Government office for catering service of at least 50% of the estimated bid value in the last three financial years. Alternatively, the bidder can have experience of completing catering services of 75% or 90% of the estimated bid value in the last three financial years. The required experience values are: - Fifty percent of the estimated bid value: Rs. 5.11 crore - Seventy-five percent of the estimated bid value: Rs. 7.665 crore - Ninety percent of the estimated bid value: Rs. 9.198 crore The bidder should also have experience certificate to make all cuisine food for VIP delegates of various government departments. Additionally, the experience certificate can be for a single customer order of fifty percent, two customer orders of seventy-five percent, or three customer orders of ninety percent of the estimated bid value in the last three financial years.
