As an employer, the municipality of Schönefeld intends to offer bicycle leasing for its collective bargaining employees through salary conversion. The basis is the collective bargaining agreement on salary conversion for the purpose of leasing bicycles in the municipal public service (TV-bicycle leasing) dated October 25, 2020. The municipality of Schönefeld is looking for a reliable leasing partner who, as part of the bicycle leasing, will take over the complete processing of the leasing, from ordering to termination, and the provision of insurance packages in a completely digital process for a total contract term of a maximum of 36 months. The municipality of Schönefeld, as the client, concludes a framework leasing agreement with the contractor. Future individual leasing contracts will be concluded with the collective bargaining employees of the client. The subject of the tender is therefore a framework agreement on the provision of bicycles by way of leasing in accordance with TV bicycle leasing for the purpose of providing them to collective bargaining employees for business and private use, including insurance and services (in particular processing of order, return and claims settlement processes, maintenance and repair, incident management and provision of an online portal). A minimum purchase quantity is not agreed. The estimated purchase quantity is 11 bicycles. The number of contracts depends on actual requirements. There is a binding maximum purchase limit of 90 bicycles. When the maximum number of bicycles or individual leasing contracts is reached, the framework agreement loses its effect without the need for termination.
