The contracting authority wishes to procure crane, jacking and transport services for the Stenlille gas storage facility and associated locations. For further details regarding the procurement, please refer to the relevant annexes. The total procurement is purchased for a period of 4 years from the signing of the framework agreement with the possibility of extension twice for 24 months. The expected value of the framework agreement is 6,500,000 DKK, and the maximum value including extensions is 13,000,000. DKK. The tender is divided into the following sub-contracts: • Sub-contract 1: Mobile cranes - Expected turnover: DKK 3,250,000 (maximum value DKK 6,500,000) • Sub-contract 2: Truck cranes - Expected turnover: DKK 3,250,000 (maximum value DKK 6,500,000) Offers may be submitted for one or more sub-contracts. Offers for several sub-contracts must be able to stand alone and must not be made dependent on each other. The estimate is based partly on historical consumption data in relation to operating costs and project costs and partly on a forecast in relation to future renovations of caverns and possible projects. There is great uncertainty associated with the forecasts for the estimated value of the future projects at the Stenlille location, as these are directly influenced and dictated by external factors, and are also undergoing rapid change and development. The consumption can only be considered as an estimate, and is therefore not binding on the contracting authority. The contracting authority has the right, but not the obligation, to purchase the services covered by the framework agreement from the selected tenderer, cf. Clause 1.3 of the framework agreement.
