B. Conduct Inspection To Check Cleanliness And Orderliness Of The Premises, And Inform His/her Subordinates Of Corrections Necessary. C. Determine Materials, Supplies Needed And Timely Inform The Head Of The General Services Division Of The Requirement. D. Train Subordinate On Proper Cleaning Methods, Use Of Equipment, Safety And Work Regulations. E. Shall Ensure The Janitors Comply With Policies And Procedures Implemented Especially The Rules On Safety. F. Shall Prepare Work Assignments And Schedules Subject To The Prior Approval Of The Client. Details: - The subject of the public contract is the construction modifications of the object So 01 (so 02 is not the subject of this contract!!!) due to the change in use from a farm with an agricultural building to a children's group. The object will now house a children's group with a playroom and all the facilities. The object in question is located in the center of the built-up area in the village of Tuřany. The land is slightly sloping towards the south. The land is bordered by local roads along its perimeter, except for the eastern edge. - So 01 - The main object does not change its volume. As part of the construction modifications, the window and door fillings will be replaced, the rafters and ceiling beams in the attic will be replaced, and new partitions in the object will be built. Furthermore, the entire object will be insulated with mineral insulation with a thickness of 120 mm. The fence will be repaired, a new entrance to the land will be built with a gate, a new ramp and external modifications to the sidewalks and garden improvements will be made.
