The new building is planned as a wedge-shaped, two-storey standard building, with the daycare center on the ground floor and 13 apartments on the upper floor. The total length of the complex is approximately 60.00 x 25.00 m on average. The gross floor area ground floor + upper floor is approximately 2,586 m². The new building will be constructed as a two-storey solid structure without a basement. The roof will be partly a solid flat roof with bituminous waterproofing, and partly a wooden roof truss with nail plate trusses, which will make the group rooms of the daycare center and the apartments above it stand out as individual houses.
