Prior information notice without call for competition: Miscellaneous special-purpose machinery Description of the procurement: As part of the FFB, a corresponding cell assembly line is required for the production of the cylindrical cells. The design of the systems for research purposes requires a high degree of flexibility. From the winding to the closed cell, the assembly should take place in a clean and drying room, the washing area should take place in a clean room. In addition, an additional encapsulation around the entire assembly line from winding to closing of the cell (including in each case) should be provided as a request, so that a dew point of -60 o C can be reached in this area but accessibility is still guaranteed. The line should achieve an average throughput of 30 cells per minute. There are 2 automatic winding machines that can process electrode strips with different coatings and different separators. Each automatic winding machine should be able to produce 30 laps per minute. The rolls are to be placed in a workpiece carrier. The workpiece carrier is manually fed to a fully automated, interlinked line using a trolley. There the coils and anode insulators are inserted into the cans. The anode and cathode insulators should be punched outside the line in a system (also the content of this prior publication) or optionally directly in the respective processing systems. Then the anode arrester is to be welded to the bottom of the cup by means of resistance welding, the cathode insulator is to be inserted and a bead is to be made in the edge of the cup. After this at the latest, the covers are welded on and the cell is closed by flanging. The cells then leave the drying room area and the cells are transferred to the washing line. The cleaning of the cells is intended to remove electrolyte residues and production aids. In addition, corrosion protection should be applied to the cleaned cells. If the embossing has not already taken place during the flanging process, the cell should then be pressed to a defined height. Then it is wrapped with a plastic tube and the lettering.
