This Invitation To Tender Is Being Issued By The Health Organization To Select A General Contractor For The E595-00 Sgh Hth South Tub Room Project. Hilltop House Is A Two Story Building With Section Built In 1984 And An Addition In 2009. The Existing Tub Room In The Long-term Care Facility Is Outdated And No Longer Fit For Purpose. The Scope Of Work Will Involve Wall Demo, New Flooring, Installation Of A New Arjo Tub, New Millwork And Sink. The Contractor Is Responsible For Providing A Set Bid Based On The Drawings And Specifications Requirements.  This Project Is Due To Be Complete By End Of Q1 2024. The Ready-for-takeover Date Is April 24, 2024.
