This Invitation To Tender Is Being Issued By The Health Organization For renovations To The Sadie Diamond Breast Health Imaging Centre (breast Health Centre) Located In The Shaughnessy Building In Bc Women’s Hospital.  The Renovations Will Occur Within The Existing Footprint Of The Breast Health Centre And Will Augment The Capacity Of The Radiation Reading Desks, Clerk Workstations, And Improve The Flow And Capacity Of The Waiting Area.  Renovations To The Facility Include Creating Two Reading Rooms, Relocating Existing Equipment, Creating A Private Office And Open Workstation Area, Reconfiguring Check In Area, Removing Wall Covering And Replacing Dimmable Pot Lights In Several Rooms. Construction Is Proposed To Begin Mid-may 2024, And Ready For Takeover In 20 Weeks From Contract Award.        Only Bidders Pre-qualified By The Health Organization In The Following Discipline May Submit A Tender In Response To This Itt: Discipline: General Contractors Qualification Range: Acute Care Projects Greater Than $150,000
