Diploma Jacket 1,185 Pcs 2. Medals A. Gold 2 Pcs B. Silver 57 Pcs C. Bronze 452 Pcs 3. Parchment Paper – Letter Size 160 Packs 4. Sablay 139 Pcs 5. The Fourth Estate Elementary School Now Invites Bids For The Above, Procurement Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Not Later Than 3 Calendar Days After Receipt Of Purchase Order Or Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. 3. The Eligibility Check/screening And Preliminary Examination Of Bids Shall Use Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Stated In Section 30.1 Of The 2016 Revised Irr 4.
