The Fourth Estate Elementary School, Through The Approved General Appropriations Act Of 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Forty-five Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Pesos (php 45,360.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Above Contract. Bids Received More Than The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid: Description Quantity Unit 1. Riso Ink (f-ii Type) 10 Pcs 2. Riso Master (f-ii Type) 10 Pcs Approved Budget For The Contract (abc), Inclusive Of Taxes (in Php): Forty-five Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Pesos (php 45,360.00) Fund Source: Gaa Of 2024 Delivery Period: Within 5-10 Cd After The Effectivity Of Ntp General Conditions: 2. All Quotations Must Be Computerized. 3. Upon Submission Of A Duly Signed Request For Quotation, The Following Documents Shall Be Attached: A. Copy Of Philgeps Registration Certificate B.
