Menu And Food Selection: • Bidders Should Provide A Comprehensive Menu That Offers A Variety Of Dishes Suitable For The Event Type. • The Menu Should Cater To Diverse Dietary Preferences, Including Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-free, And Other Specific Requirements If Any. • Quality, Freshness, And Presentation Of The Food Should Be Emphasized. 2. Service Staff: • The Selected Catering Company Should Provide Professional And Well-trained Staff Members, Including Waiters/waitresses, Bartenders, And Culinary Experts If Applicable. • The Service Staff Should Be Efficient, Polite, And Capable Of Managing A Large Group Of Guests. 3. Set-up And Decoration: • Bidders Should Describe Their Approach To Event Set-up And Decoration, Ensuring An Aesthetically Pleasing Dining Experience. • Attention To Detail, Creativity, And The Ability To Customize The Décor Based On The Event Theme Will Be Considered Favorably. 4. Special Requirements: • If The Event Requires Any Specific Equipment, Such As Audiovisual Systems, Staging, Or Specialty Food Stations, Bidders Should Include Those Details In Their Proposals. • Any Additional Services Or Amenities, Such As Cake Cutting, Cocktail Hour, Or Themed Food Stations, Should Be Outlined Clearly. 5.
