Description 1. The Fourth Estate Elementary School, Through The Approved General Appropriations Act Of 2023 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Fifty Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-four And 15/100 Pesos (php 50,564.15) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Wall Fan And Finger Biometric. Bids Received More Than The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid: 2. The Fourth Estate Elementary School Now Invites Bids For The Above, Procurement Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Not Later Than 2-3 Calendar Days After Receipt Of Purchase Order Or Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non- Discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4. The Eligibility Check/screening And Preliminary Examination Of Bids Shall Use Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Stated In Section 30.1 Of The 2016 Revised Irr 5. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra No. 5183. 6. Prospective Bidders May Obtain Further Information From Fourth Estate Elementary School And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below During Office Hours (8:00 Am -5:00 Pm, Mondays To Fridays) Starting May 24, 2023. 7.
