Alberta Forestry And Parks, Invites Formal Written Proposals To Provide Trained And Qualified Sustained Action Crews As Defined In The Contract. This Rfp Will Use Price To Determine A Call Down List Of Vendors. When Requesting Sustained Action Crews, Reasonable Distance To Incident Or Forest Area May Be Taken Into Consideration. Services May Be Required Within 12 Hours Of Initial Call And Therefore Contractors Lower On The List May Be Requested For Deployment Prior To Those Higher On The List Due To Proximity To High Priority Requests. All Reasonable Efforts Will Be Made To Follow The Call-down List When Operationally Feasible
