Project Description: The Project Is For The Removal Of An Existing 35-ft Single Log foot Bridge Over Little Rock Creek On Forest Service Trail #580 At Milepost 2.87, And installing A New 41-ft Glulam Stringer Pack/pedestrian Trail Bridge With Rock-filled gabion Basket Foundation. this Project Includes: 1) Dispose Of An Existing Approximate 35-ft Long Single Log Foot Bridge, 2) Construction Of A New 41-ft, Glulam Stringer Bridge, Including Associated Trail approach Work, Footings, And Drainage Improvements. project Location: This Project Is Located At Milepost 2.87 Over Little Rock Creek On forest Trail # 580 On The Darby Ranger District, Usfs, In Ravalli County, Mt, Section 35, township 4 North, Range 22 West. The Project Is Approximately 3 Miles West Of The lake Como Recreation Area, Which Is Located Approximately 8 Miles Northwest Of darby, Mt. this Project Is Located Three Miles From The Closest Road. Helicopter Flights And mechanized/motorized Use Is Allowed At The Site. There Is No Vehicular Access To The bridge Site. period Of Performance: It Is Anticipated That Work Can Begin September 15, 2025 with Work Being Completed By November 14, 2025.
