The Forest Products Research And Development Institute (fprdi) Through The Cy 2025 National Expenditure Program (nep), Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Nine Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos Only (php 1,910,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) (inclusive Of Vat) To Payment Under The Contract For The Following Items/s: Name Of Project Procurement Of Janitorial Services For Fprdi Buildings And Grounds, Seven (7) Janitorial Personnel With Cleaning Supplies, Materials And Equipment Location College, Los Baños, Laguna Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Php 1,910,000.00 Contract Duration One (1) Year, Cy 2025 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected During Bid Opening. 2. The Fprdi Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Service Is Required To Commence One (1) Day Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instruction To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedure Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Ra No. 9184. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorship, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least 60% Interest Or Outstanding Capital Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra 5183. 4.
