The bidder is required to have prior work experience, with details of work done during the last five years. To qualify for the award of the contract, each tenderer should have satisfactorily completed during the last five financial years at least three similar works with a value not less than Rs. 1,72,06,777/- (40%) each, or two similar works with a value not less than Rs. 2,15,08,471/- (50%) each, or one similar work with a value not less than Rs. 3,44,13,554/- (80%). The bidder should also have achieved a maximum annual financial turnover of Rs. 3,22,62,707/- in any one year during the last five financial years, which shall not be less than 75% of the anticipated annual estimated cost put in this tender of this work. Additionally, the bidder should have executed in any one year, in the last five years, a minimum quantity of work, approximately 30% of the tendered quantity. The bidder must provide details of work done during the last five years, including the value of work unfinished, in Form No. VI, and details of work of similar type carried out, in Form No. III.
