The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Project Manager: B.E. (Civil) + 15 Years Experience (5 Years as Manager) 2. Site Engineer: B.E. (Civil) + 10 Years Experience (5 Years) 3. Plant Engineer: B.E. (Mech) + 10 Years Experience (5 Years) The bidder should have satisfactorily completed during the last five financial years at least three similar works with a value of not less than Rs. 1,00,32,143/- (40%) each, or two similar works with a value of not less than Rs. 1,25,40,179/- (50%) each, or one similar work with a value of not less than Rs. 2,00,64,286/- (80%). Additionally, the bidder should have executed in any one year, in the last five years, a minimum quantity of work, approximately 30% of the tendered quantity, which includes 313.86 cubic meters of Mix-25 Cement Concrete and 12.30 MT of TMT Fe-500. The bidder's maximum annual financial turnover should be Rs. 1,88,10,268/- in any one year during the last five financial years, which should not be less than 75% of the anticipated annual estimated cost of the work.
