Sica 2m ensures the defense of fruit and vegetable producers in Martinique. It aims to sustainably control the development of the agricultural production of its members, to strengthen the commercial organization of producers, to organize and sustain production in the territory of Martinique. In 2022, the management of Sica 2m asked Vivea to conduct an analysis of the skills needs of its members. The first phase of this study, conducted with Sica managers and technicians, made it possible to identify some concerns identified during members' support actions: • Well-being at work, combining professional and personal life • Administrative management, Mastery of IT tools • Accounting, Economic management, Profitability Their analysis led to the determination of several issues whose interest could be corroborated by a direct survey carried out among members at the beginning of 2023.
