That equates to 260 days of meals a year. There are currently 193 children attending the daycare center. An average of 163 people take part in lunch. The serving times are as follows: Serving time: 11.30 a.m. - 1 p.m. Hot meals (cock & hold) Delivery to the main kitchen The contractor provides the ordering system and invoicing Transport and delivery Offer At least 2 menu lines must be offered, which can be selected as modules. Full board Vegetarian menu line Menu cycle The menu cycle is at least 4 weeks. Menus Menus for 20 days of catering (4/5 weeks) must be enclosed with the contractor's offer. Authorization as a food business operator DGE quality standards for catering in daycare centers DGE quality standard for catering in daycare centers (fitkid-aktion.de) European and national food law (EU directive) and the associated legal areas. Provisions arising from Regulations (EC) No. 178/2002, (EC) No. 852/2004, (EC) No. 853/2004, (EC) No. 2073/2005 and (EC) No. 1069/2009 in their currently valid versions. EU standard for large kitchens - means: This large kitchen is approved for the preparation and processing of the following unprocessed foods of animal origin: fresh meat from hoofed animals (cattle, pigs, ...) and poultry, fresh minced meat and preparations as well as raw eggs and unpasteurized liquid eggs. DIN 10508 - Food hygiene temperatures for food Qualified employee The contractor is obliged to provide the following lunch services for the municipal facilities under the named standard and in particular the HACEP standards and the current DGE quality standards.
