The Food And Drug Administration (fda), Through Fy 2025 National Expenditure Program (nep) Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million One Hundred Sixty Three Thousand Seven Hundred Fifteen Pesos And 29/100 Centavos (php 1,163,715.29). Being The Proposed Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Early Procurement Activity (epa) For The Procurement Of Janitorial Services For Davao Testing And Quality Assurance Laboratory (dtqal) Located At Tagum City For The Period Of Twelve (12) Months . Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Bid Opening 2. The Food And Drug Administration Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required To Commence Immediately After Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
