General Evaluation Information the Government Intends To Award A Firm-fixed Price Purchase Order Resulting From This Solicitation To The Responsible Offeror Whose Offer Conforming To The Solicitation Will Be Most Advantageous To The Government, Price And Other Factors Considered. Contractor Selection Will Be Based On The Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (lpta) Offer That Can “meet Or Exceed” The Requirements Stated In This Solicitation.
