1. Objectives of the consultation The objective of this consultation is the realization of the technical and architectural study of a unit of valorization of the local agricultural products by a study office (BET) specialized in buildings. The BET will be responsible for compiling the necessary file to obtain building permits, for supervising the project leader in the procedures for obtaining such a permit and for monitoring and controlling the work planned for the installation. an almond crushing and recovery unit, located in the town of Imi N'Oulaoune, in the province of Ouarzazate. To this end, he must ensure that the following services are carried out in accordance with the rules of the art with approved specialists: • Topographic plan of the plot receiving the project and topographic surveys required by an approved topographic firm registered with the order of the IGT; • Architectural plans, quantitative and estimated detail of the finishing part and to ensure the follow-up of the work by an architect registered with the order of architects; • Geotechnical surveys and reinforced concrete conformity tests by an approved control laboratory; • Any other service necessary in the investigation of the file, its follow-up with the competent authorities, supervision of the project leader and control of the work of setting up the unit in question. The remuneration for these services as well as the costs relating to obtaining the building permit are the responsibility of the BET. NB: The amount of the construction project must not exceed 900,000.00 excluding tax (nine hundred thousand dirhams excluding tax). Thus, the technical design must take this budget into account.
