Request For Expression Of Interest: The Project Titled "restoring Livelihoods And Enhancing Resilience Of Farmers And Fisherfolk Affected By Typhoon". & The Food And Agriculture Organization Of The United Nations (fao), Intends To Pre-qualify A Group Of Organizations In A Timely Manner, And Potentially Solicit Proposals From Them Shortly Thereafter. The Service Provider (sp) Being Sought Will Be Involved In The Project Titled "restoring Livelihoods And Enhancing Resilience Of Farmers And Fisherfolk Affected By Typhoon" (the Project). The Project Is Funded By The Government Of Japan Through The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs And Aims To Restore The Livelihoods Of Farmers And Fisherfolk In The Philippines Who Were Affected By Typhoon Rai In December 2021. The Typhoon Caused Significant Damage To The Agriculture And Fisheries Sectors In The Regions Of Bohol, Southern Leyte, And Surigao Del Norte.
