The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having a minimum average financial turnover of 40% of the estimated value put to tender or achieving a minimum average financial turnover in all classes of civil engineering construction works only over the last 5 years. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor, at least one similar nature work (Civil, Sanitary & Water Supply work) of value not less than Rs. 83,62,000.00, with a completion percentage of not less than 90% of the contract value. Additionally, the bidder should have executed similar electrical works for a minimum amount of Rs. 4,65,000.00 in a single job. The bidder should also have a valid electrical license for executing electrification works and should submit a valid license for executing anti-termite works at the time of agreement. The bidder should have completed similar works in the last five years, with a minimum average financial turnover and should be a profit-making one for the last five years. Registered Tenderers/Firms having experience of single work of similar nature work of value of Rs. 83,62,000.00 in any one year of last 5 years are also eligible to participate in the tender. The bidder's available bid capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed during the last five years. The bidder should have liquid assets and credit facilities of not less than 10% of the estimated value put to tender amount. The bidder should not have abandoned any work awarded to them by CPWD/ State PWD in India, nor should any such works have been rescinded, during the last five years prior to the date of the bid. The bidder will be required to invest a minimum of 25% of the bid value for the work. The value and percentage of similar works completed include: - A minimum value of Rs. 83,62,000.00 for similar nature work (Civil, Sanitary & Water Supply work) - A completion percentage of not less than 90% of the contract value - A minimum amount of Rs. 4,65,000.00 for similar electrical works in a single job - Liquid assets and credit facilities of not less than 10% of the estimated value put to tender amount.
