I. General Requirements: 1 Lot This Item Of Work Includes The Fabrication And Installation Of Project Sign Boards, Temporary Utilities, Stock Room And Enclosure, And The Provisions For The Construction Safety And Health Program. This Includes 1.5 Months Electrical Constructions Ii. Site Works 1 Lot This Item Of Work Includes The Following Site Works: A. Clearing And Cleaning Of Site Before And After Construction. 1 Lot B. Dismantling Of Existing Ceiling, Ceiling Joist, And Hangers. 75.33 Sq.m. C. Dismantling Of Existing Wires, And 1 Lot D. Hauling/disposal Of Debris And Storage Of Waste Of Waste Materials 1 Lot Also Included Is The Equipment Rental Of One (1) Unit Cutting Tools And Blade, And One (1) Unit Hauling Truck Needed To Complete The Said Item Of Work. Use 2”x2”x12’ Good Lumber As Hangers. Use Welding Rod, Level Hose, Nylon And Other Miscellaneous Hardware Items Necessary For The Completion Of Work.
