As part of an extensive renovation of the interior and exterior areas and by adding additional uses/buildings, building 700 is to be rented to the Federal Police for the long term for repatriation processes and thus revitalized. The following measures are necessary as part of the earthworks: Demolition work is planned for the inner courtyard of the site. This includes, for example, the disposal of gravel and rubble, the terrace and the footbridge (approx. 300m²).
