Details: English Title: Request For Proposals (rfp) - Facilities Maintenance And Support Services, Cfb Borden Ontario English Description: Defence Construction Canada (dcc) – Is Calling For Proposals From Firms To Provide Facilities Maintenance And Support Services To The Department Of National Defence (dnd) For Installations Located At Cfb Borden, Ontario, And Two (2) Remote Sites (armouries In Barrie And Owen Sound, Ontario). The Contractor Will Be Required To Provide Maintenance And Support Services For All Identified Buildings And Their Associated Infrastructure Within The Defined Property Limits In A Manner And To A Standard That Will Not Cause The Buildings To Deteriorate Beyond Normal Wear And Tear Throughout The Contract Term. Description Of The Project And Services The Infrastructure At Cfb Bagotville Is A Hospital-type Facility That Offers The Following Services: Medical Clinic, Dental Clinic And Preventive Medicine. The Project Calls For Building Of A New Infrastructure Of Approximately 6,000 M2 Over 2 Floors, And Aims To Achieve Leed Silver Certification, As Well As A Net-zero Emissions Or Net-zero-emissions-ready Construction.
