A small part of the measures will be limited to repair and maintenance measures. The planning services include processing phases 2 and 3 as well as phases 5, 6, 7 and 8. The services will be awarded in the form of a framework agreement for a term of at least one year with the option of an annual extension to a total of four years, with a total of 12 measures expected. RV HKLS and MSR planning The Paul Ehrlich Institute (PEI) with its current location in Langen is an institution within the business area of the Federal Ministry of Health. It promotes the quality, effectiveness and safety of biomedical vaccines and medicines through research and testing._____ The institute consists of 9 buildings, most of which were planned between 1984 and 1987 and built from 1988 onwards. The buildings are connected to one another by corridors or covered walkways. House 1 is an administrative building with office use, houses 6 and 9 house central technical systems, workshops and offices, houses 2, 3, 4 and 5 mainly house offices and laboratories and houses 7 and 8 in particular laboratories and animal husbandry facilities. The buildings are constructed as solid structures with flat roofs, all walls are made of brickwork or concrete. Structurally, all buildings are built in a similar column grid.
