(v) 2 (each) Room Divider Panel Systems, In Accordance With Requirements/statement Of Work Attached. (vi) The Following Items Are Required salient Characteristics Of The Divider Panel System: • Fmc Devens Requires 2 Room Divider Panel Systems (to Make Three Separate Spaces). • The Divider Panel System Will Need To Be Able To Open And Close Easily. This Space Is To Be Used As An Open Space During The Night, And 3 Smaller Closed Spaces During The Daytime. • The Height Of The Panel Systems Shall Be 8’11” (107”) (floor To Ceiling). • The Length Of The Panel Systems Shall Be 23’ 10” (286”) (wall To Wall). • The Contractor Shall Provide Hard Panels With Sound Proofing Capabilities. These Room Dividers Should Eliminate Sound So The 1 Activity Room Can Be Turned Into 3 Programing Areas In Which Meetings Can Simultaneously Occur. • Noise Reduction Coefficient Of Panels Will Be A Minimum Of 0.75. • The Sound Proofing Panels Will Be Made From An Easy-to-clean Material To Maintain Hygiene And Appearance. • Fmc Devens Requires Both A Ceiling And Floor Bracket To Open And Close The Dividers. This Will Be Open And Closed Daily Based On Time Of Day And Activity Required. • Panels, Ceiling And Floor Brackets Will Be Made From Durable Materials To Withstand Daily Use. • Floor Brackets Will Require Step Pads To Minimize Tripping Hazards. includes Installation Of Panel System, As Well As Removal Of Existing Panel System.
