For This Contract, The Borrower Shall Process The Payments Using The Direct Payment Disbursement Method, As Defined In The World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines For Investment Project Financing.”2. The Ministry Of Health And Human Services Now Invites Sealed Bids From Ngos For Delivering The Essential Health Service Package (ephs) In Bakool Region For A Period Of 24 Months With Following Main Qualification Requirements:qualification Requirementsjoint Venturesthe Information Needed For Bids Submitted By Joint Ventures Is As Follows: ___members Must Jointly Meet The Minimum (annual Volume) Requirement Of $12 Millionat Least One Member Must Meet 80% Of The Requirement (annual Volume) Givenannual Volumethe Minimum Required Annual Volume Of Services For The Successful Ngo In Any Of The Last Five Years Shall Be: $ 12 Millionexperiencethe Experience Required To Be Demonstrated By The Ngo Should Include As A Minimum That He Has Executed One Similar Contract With Amount Of At Least $12 Million, During The Last 5 Years In Any Or A Combination Of The Following:a) Essential Package Of Health And Nutrition Services – Including:maternal And Newborn Healthchild Health – Including Immunizationnutritioncommunicable Diseasenon-communicable Diseasesin Addition, A Single Sub-component Of Ephs Also Would Be Counted As A Component.
