The Eversley Childs Sanitarium And General Hospital, Through The Hospital Income (hi) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Million Seven Hundred Twenty-eight Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-six Pesos Only (php 9,728,876.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The “supply And Delivery Of Various Office Supplies To Eversley Childs Sanitarium And General Hospital (framework Agreement) [early Procurement Activity]”. Delivery Of The Goods Is In Accordance With The Delivery Schedule After Receipt Of Notice To Proceed.
