Description Invitation To Bid For Supply And Delivery Of Various Drugs And Medicines – Batch 3 [early Procurement Activity] (framework Agreement) 1. The Eversley Childs Sanitarium And General Hospital, Using A Single-year For A Duration Of One (1) Year Framework Agreement, Through The National Expenditure Program (nep) Cy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Fifteen Million Three Hundred Twenty-five Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-three Pesos 40/100 Only (php15,325,663.40), Inclusive Of All Taxes, Such As, But Not Limited To, Value Added Tax (vat), Income Tax, Local Taxes, And Other Fiscal Levies, Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Each Item. Bids Received In Excess Of The Total Cost Per Item Shall Be Automatically Rejected. 2. Delivery Of The Goods Will Be On Staggered Basis After Issuance Of A Call-off. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non- Discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
