The Eversley Childs Sanitarium And General Hospital, Through The Hospital Income (hi) Of Eversley Childs Sanitarium And General Hospital Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (php 2,400,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The “supply And Delivery Of Various Medical Supplies (disposable Diaper, Disinfectant Spray, Decontaminating Mat And Etc.) To Eversley Childs Sanitarium And General Hospital”. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Eversley Childs Sanitarium And General Hospital Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is In Accordance With The Delivery Schedule After Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
